OFFICIAL NOTICE AND PROXY FOR ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual membership meeting of Sebastopol Water Association, Inc. will be held at the business office of the Association located at 299 HWY 492, Sebastopol, Mississippi on the 12th day of March, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. The agenda for the meeting shall be in accordance with the By-Laws of the Association and as otherwise required by law.
The present members of the Board of Directors of Sebastopol Water Association, Inc. are Dewayne McGaugh, President; Ricky Smith, Vice-President; Clyde Risher; Chancy Branning; Dennis Weaver.
The nominating committee of the Board of Directors has nominated for re-election the following:
Dewayne McGaugh; Clyde Risher
Other nominations shall be made in writing and filed with the Office Manager of the Association no later than March 1, 2024.
• A candidate for Director must be an active member in good standing of the Association.

• The candidate must submit a completed and notarized Conflict of Interest Statement certifying that he or she is not in conflict or associated, directly or indirectly, with any entity or person which is or may be in conflict with the actions and purposes of the Association. The statement must be received at the office of Sebastopol Water Association no later than March 1, 2024. It may be mailed to Sebastopol Water Association, P. O. Box 168, Sebastopol, MS 39359 or delivered to the Sebastopol Water office at 299 HWY 492, Sebastopol, MS.

Pursuant to the By-Laws of the Association, notice of the annual meeting was mailed to each member of record and directed to the address shown on billing at least 10 days prior to the meeting date.
IMPORTANT . . . . You may attend the Annual Membership Meeting and vote in person or you may vote by proxy. To vote by proxy, this form must be signed and received at the office of Sebastopol Water Association no later than March 4, 2024. You may also come by our office to submit a proxy vote at 299 HWY 492, Sebastopol, MS no later than March 4, 2024
